Visit the charming desert oasis town of Al Ain from Abu Dhabi with this guided tour. Known as the garden city and having a history dating back to the 4th millennium BC, Al Ain is one of the agricultural centres of the Emirates and also a university city and the birthplace of the first President of the UAE.
Al Ain is surrounded by red golden sand dunes and curiously shaped hills. During your visit, get a glimpse into the history and culture of the Bedouins at Al Ain National Museum and the Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum. Wander down the traditional camel market that lends the town a special rustic atmosphere. Al Ain is a fantasy of greenery and flowers in the middle of the golden dessert!
You will also visit Jebel Hafeet, the great mountain that enjoys a remarkable location overlooking the Al Ain city. During the course of the tour, you will enjoy lunch at a local hotel.

You will be picked up from your Abu Dhabi hotel in an air-conditioned coach and taken on a tour of Al Ain, an oasis and former caravan stop built on a huge fertile plain. An English speaking guide will accompany you on this tour. Al Ain is about 100 kilometres from Abu Dhabi.
At Al Ain, you will visit the Al Ain National Museum, which showcases the city's unique heritage and history. It is housed in the same compound as the Sultan Bin Zayed Fort, also known as the Eastern Fort.
You will also visit the largest museum of the Emirates, Al Ain Palace Museum, the residence of the late ruler Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Interesting displays, including collection of family portraits offer an insight into the way the royal family lived and entertained their guests.
Moving forward proceed to the traditional camel market which gives the town a special rustic atmosphere. You will also see a camel race track.
Continue to Emirates’ highest peak, Jebel Hafeet which stands guard over Al Ain and borders Oman. The peak is forged out of craggy limestone that has weathered over millions of years. Visit the hot springs situated at the foot of the mountain that is said to have healing powers.
Before heading back to Abu Dhabi, your tour ends with a buffet lunch at a local hotel.

Al Ain Museum is open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09:00am to 7:30pm & on Fridays from 3:00pm till 7:30pm & it is
closed on Mondays.

The driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the designated pick up time. Customers who are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "no-show" and no refunds will be offered.
